Easy Watercolor for Relaxation

One of the ways you can stay relaxed during these times is to find something to keep you occupied! (Other tips on the last blog post!)

Today to keep myself occupied and get some fresh air, I decided to watercolor!

Watercolor is a great way to express yourself and relieve stress. All you need are some watercolors and some paper, and it doesn't take any artistic ability to do it!


Here are some things I used.

What you need:

Yourself

Watercolors (I used watercolor crayons I got from Michael's)

Watercolor Brush

Paper (I used a coloring sheet)

Glass filled with water

Although in the end my watercolor wasn't perfect, I enjoyed doing it! It gave me a small break from the busy world and find something positive!
